Support feedback: near-duplicate naming (e.g. Pro Shop vs pro shop, or Beer vs Beer - Domestic) creates reporting drift and makes Accounting Export setup harder. Saving an item today can silently create a new value if the typed text does not exactly match. Cleanup then requires Bulk Edit on Retail or Food & Bev, current page only (up to 100 items). This enhancement maps case and extra spaces to the existing value, requires an explicit + Add for a truly new name, and lets admins rename or merge values without hunting items.
